In Jaltest Diagnostics we are aware of the importance of the technical support in the resolution of certain vehicle failures. Technological developments require the technician to update their knowledge regularly or to have specialized support based on experience.
This is why we offer our users the expertise and service of expert technicians in commercial vehicle, agricultural equipment, material handling equipment and vessels, being capable of assisting with any consultation, failure and/or errors of those.

The customer can process an unlimited number of technical assistance requests, being able to contact our service through any of the following means.
The Technical Assistance schedule is from 8 am to 7 pm (UTC-5)
From Mondays to Fridays (except for holidays)

It should be highlighted that contracting Technical Assistance does not interfere with the possibility of requesting the Product Support service offered by Cojali for free.
