SOFTWARE

Bespoke diagnostics software development and design that includes the representation of the vehicle architecture, automatized interface, bidirectional controls, end-of-line test, troubleshooting guides, technical data, technical releases, procedures, automatic updates or server hosting among other possible functionalities.

HARDWARE

Cojali DATA LINK is a configurable hardware with capacity to include all the required connectors and support any communication protocol (European, Asian or American).

It is an optimal solution to help manufacturers both in their assembly line and in their service centers, where maintenance tasks are performed for several types of vehicles such as trucks, buses, trailers, light vehicles, pick-up, agricultural equipment, OHW equipment, material handling equipment or vessels.

SOFTWARE

We offer telematics solutions for OEMs with 3G/4G connection capabilities, location management, tachograph data management, reports, preventive and predictive maintenance, efficient driving or repair shop notifications among other capabilities and from one single platform. Besides, our experience in the development of diagnostics tools allows us to provide the manufacturer with the most advanced technology and include this function on-board in the vehicle or machinery, being able to access all the information from any electronic control unit in real time, and interact with it.

SOLUTIONS FOR THE DIGITALIZATION OF AGRICULTURAL EQUIPMENT

Cojali has different products aimed at digitalizing the world of agricultural equipment with the purpose of obtaining optimal agriculture and respectful to the environment. All of them are available for our OEM customers thanks to a department of project development that studies their specific needs and adapts each solution in a customized way.

ISOBUS Module. It is the electronic control unit for agricultural implements based on ISOBUS technology. This control unit allows monitoring and managing the different sensors applicable to each type of agricultural implement, managing the electric and hydraulic system, having one single operator terminal, performing section control and, ultimately, saving resources, time and machinery.
ISOBUS Hydraulics Module. It is the most basic variant of ISOBUS Module, for those agricultural implements that do not require such exhaustive electronic control. It allows managing the electric and hydraulic system and having one single operator terminal for any agricultural implement.

i-Connect. ISOBUS technology retrofit kit adaptable for all tractors on the market. It allows tractors that do not have factory ISOBUS technology to use any ISOBUS agricultural implement and benefit from all the advantages that this technology offers.
Telematics AGV: Thanks to Cojali technology, it is possible not only to include telematics solutions that act through ISOBUS, but to go a step further in precision agriculture, incorporating networks, intelligent systems and data management tools to achieve what we call Agriculture 4.0.

BIG DATA

Cojali Diagnostics and Telematics solutions generate high quantity of data in order to improve the products. These data may include all the results from the diagnostics operations and parameter reading registered by the electronic control units installed in the vehicles. The data generated through the “Data Mining” processes are afterwards processed to prepare the consultations and reports that are generated through data mining programs.

Big Data sources::

Diagnostics sources: performed by the technicians from all over the world that use the diagnostics solutions developed by Cojali. Fault codes and functionality consultations are collected, from vehicles and machinery.
Telematics sources: included in all fleet that operate with the fleet management solution developed by Cojali. The data related to the operation conditions are collected.
Technical assistance: in our specialized software there are questions, incidents and high quantity of technical data reported by all the users of Cojali solutions.
