COJALI WELCOMES TWO NEW MEMBERS TO THE SALES AND ADVANCED TECHNICAL SUPPORT TEAMS IN DACH

From this month, Cojali’s sales office in Germany has two new professionals who will be part of the Sales and Advanced Technical Support (ATS) teams in the DACH market (Germany, Austria and Switzerland). With these new members, Cojali guarantees that Jaltest Diagnostics users in this region can continue to enjoy quality technical support in German, as well as it reinforces the access to training to improve knowledge in the sector and obtain maximum performance from the diagnostics tool.

Through the Advanced Technical Support (ATS) service, users can receive expert-to-expert advice in the resolution of problems during the repair process related to, among others: 

• Fault code reading and clearance
• Assembly and disassembly of parts
• Calibration and measurement of parameters
• Interpretation of results
• Interpretation of troubleshooting guides, wiring diagrams and technical data

Jürgen Klebrig (Technical Sales Specialist), with a wide experience in the sector, will be in charge of providing support and training to Jaltest Diagnostics distributors in order to offer them the most complete and updated information about the different products and services. Valentín Méndez (Jaltest Technical Support Department), thanks to his solid technical background and outstanding experience in the OHW equipment and material handling equipment sector, will be responsible for providing both the product support for all the modules and the ATS service for Jaltest AGV, OHW, MHE, Marine and Knorr-Bremse Diagnostics projects.

In addition, it should be noted that the user will also be assisted by the Knorr-Bremse team of experts in charge of providing the ATS service for the Jaltest CV project.
